1/13/2009...and baby makes three!
There you are Baby Ballentine! Today was our very first sonogram. Seeing your tiny embryo on the screen was, oh so comforting. We even got to hear your very strong heartbeat! We look forward to watching you grow...and are excited for the day we get to meet you...our little miracle!!!

Today is the day we found out you'd be joining our family. What a perfect day it was! I woke up early for my appointment to have my blood drawn at Fort Worth Fertility. I was so anxious to know whether or not I was pregnant. I left the doctor's office around 9:30 a.m., for I knew it would be a long day to await the arrival of the "yes" or "no" phone call. At around 1:53 p.m. I got the call...the call that I will never forget..."Congratulations Mom!" I can honestly say that to date, this was the best day of my life!!! I can't even imagine how I'll feel the day you get here sweet Baby Ballentine!
